What data we collect

We do not collect any personal information. MyTimezonePlanner runs entirely in your browser. No data you enter — cities, dates or meeting times — is sent to any server or stored anywhere outside your own device.

The only data we receive is standard analytics data (see below), which does not identify you personally.

Cookies

We use cookies set by Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These are third-party cookies used for measuring site usage and displaying relevant advertisements. We do not set any first-party cookies ourselves.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use the planner.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site — things like which pages are visited and how long sessions last. This data is aggregated and anonymous. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

We display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show you ads based on your browsing history and interests. This is handled entirely by Google. We do not have access to, or control over, the data Google uses for this purpose.

You can manage your Google ad personalisation settings at adssettings.google.com. If you upgrade to a Pro plan, ads are removed entirely.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade any data about you or your use of this site. Full stop.

Third-party services

Beyond Google Analytics and AdSense, we use Stripe to process payments for Pro subscriptions. Stripe handles all payment data directly and we never see your card details. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
